You can find your ticket in your Appic Ticket wallet. The Appic Ticket Wallet is located in the 'More' menu (bottom right on iOS, and top left on Android) in App. Here you will find all your purchased, won, and imported tickets. Tickets are organized into 'Upcoming' and 'Archive'. If you do not see a ticket in the 'Upcoming' list always check if it is not already (accidentally) archived. If you still cannot find your ticket, always check whether you are logged in on the right account, sometimes you create multiple accounts unknowingly, for example by using Apple Login.
You can e-mail the ticket to yourself by clicking on the 3 dots in your Ticket Wallet in the app and choose the option 'E-mail'. This will send a PDF ticket to your email. If you do not receive the ticket immediately check your SPAM or junk mail folder. Won tickets cannot be e-mailed.
You can email the ticket to yourself by pressing the 3 dots in your Ticket wallet and choosing the option 'Email'. This will send a PDF ticket to your email. You can then upload this to Ticketswap.
No, tickets that you have won are personal and non-transferable. It is not possible to transfer a ticket you have won, to another account. If you are unable to go you can cancel your ticket and it will become available again in the win game.
